Lignin Content, Ligninase Enzyme Activity and in vitro Digestability of Sugarcane Shoots using Pleurotus ostreatus and Aspergillus oryzae at Different Fermentation Times

This study aims to obtain the best lignin content, ligninase enzyme activity and in vitro digestibility value of fermented sugarcane shoots using Pleurotus ostreatus Aspergillus oryzae at different fermentation times. The research process is divided into 2 stages. Stage 1 treatment samples include A1B1 = Sugarcane with for 14 days; A1B2 21 A1B3 28 A2B1 A2B2 A2B3 days. design used a completely randomized factorial pattern. cover A Pleorotus B C D Fermented was block design. results showed that there no interaction between type mold time on content (P>0.05), but an Laccase, LiP MnP (P<0.05). Also, were significant differences protein, cellulose, hemicellulose, VFA NH3 (P<005), however DM, OM, ADF, NDF rumen fluid pH had difference (P>0.05). It concluded days got as follow, (11.55%), CP (57.90%), cellulose (50.25%), Hemicellulose (62.65%), Laccase (2.68 U/mL), (19.44 (111.67 mM) (10.48 mg/100 mL).
